we had a lovely holiday and was made very welcome when we met kim for the keys the caravan was very clean and tidy and the kids loved there room with spoungebob bedding there was tea coffee and sugar and milk so we could have a brew straight away after traveling many thanx 23rd sept 2011

43 kensington..what a beautiful caravan,well equiped,spotlessly clean and very spaceous.had hairdryer,iron.tea,coffee,sugar,milk,central heating ect...kim is a lovely friendly lady,who helped us with the passes,and also my friend who had a caravan on site to(not one of kims) which was nothing compared to our caravan,and she payed £570 for hers and we payed £600 for ours,which was luxurious,thanks kim for all your help,my kids didnt want to come home,we will most definatly be back next year!

Kim i must say is such a lovely lady she meeted and greeted us to our caravan which was spotless and had everything you need in it even milk in the fridge! We really enjoyed our stay and re book with Kim if we return to Blackpool in the future. Don't think twice about booking anywhere else.

Once again we had a faultless stay, Kim went out of her way to be hospitable, the caravan is still immaculate, after 1 year, all fixtures and fittings as new, the added bonus of towels now, is a really nice touch.
We will be back again, planning sooner rather than later.

We had a brilliant stay here for a week in late march.
The caravan itself is lovely, spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean.
Kim is a very nice lady who went out of her way to ensure we had a happy and comfortable stay. She provided a travel cot with bedding and childrens toys. There was also milk, coffee and tea provided aswell as lots of little sundries like cooking oil, salt, pepper, sauce etc - all the things you need but would be a pain to buy on holiday.
I would highly recommend this caravan especially for families!
We will definitely be back again!

we all had a great time on our 3 night break,kim was there to meet us nwe all had a brew n chat which i thought was lovely,kim even got the box of toys out which my kids thought was great,the caravan was very clean n tidy n well layed out,got that real homely feel to it n was a god send to have the centrai heating on those cold nights/mornings,beds were really comfy i certainly had no complaints about our stay at all,will b going back again next year,kim really is a very friendly n down to earth person.xxp.s. i also thought that the price for our 3 night stay was great value.

We have just returned from a lovely 4 night stay at 43 Kensington. What a beautiful well equipped caravan - it was spacious, spotless, extremely comfortable, warm and homely. Kim was there to meet us - even had the milk in for us arriving - Thank You Kim. I would highly recommend this van and I know if I am going to Blackpool for a break I will be back in touch with you. We all enjoyed our stay. Thanks again.

It is so central to the entertainment no need to take the car out at all. your van has a very high standard unlike the usual haven standard that you get. Good value for money. The kids enjoyed having a flat screen tv to watch. Would recommend to any age and also particularly good for disabled unable to walk far our mother found it easy to walk to entertainment park being so closely sited.

We had a great time in Blackpool our grandaughter loved the caravan it was very nice and had everything we needed. kim was so helpfull and she even had toy`s for the kid`s to play with. Wow thanks for the feed back guys, as most of you know this is my first year letting my caravan.
I have been determined to ensure the Caravan is presented as 5 star and I'm sure you will all agree that it is. I am adding extras touches as and when i have some funds available and I welcome any suggestions.
Outside the Van has an array of summer flowers and shrubs, outside furniture and BBQ area. ( many thanks to the guests who left a small BBQ for our other guests to enjoy) we have established quite a pass it on culture, with people leaving bits & Pieces like cooking oil and sauces etc for the next guests.

A lovely warm reception awaits.........The caravan was very well presented and 100 x cleaner and newer than Haven's so called Prestige offerings. The caravan boasts 2 power showers, in 2 separate W/C, one being an on-suite, Making life more convenient for getting ready. There is Central Heating throughout, with many radiators for those cold people out there, witha turn of a knob, you have instant heat. You are provided with the fundementals upon arrival, things like - tomato sauce - tea bags - coffee - cereal - milk - toilet roll, meaning when you arrive you can relax. The onsite shop did not have much of a variety, but just five minutes down the road there is... McDonalds - Subway - Pizza Hut - Indian - Take away - Corner shop, all in one location. The Bus is quite expensive to get onto the piers(8.00, for 2 adults all day pass), but if your willing to drive about for a bit there are many side roads behind the main road to where you can park for free, although for all day parking its around (7.50).
Things to do Louis toussards, very good - be aware if you have pushchairs leave them at main entrance as many stairs, Crazy golf indoors, Great fun, but take your time as will be over in mins, Coral island, they have a system of winning tickets on the machines, the more tickets the better the prizes you can claim from the tokens, so if you go in each day for a little flutter save the tokens until your last day! The bingo is good there too if you want to make your money stretch, It costs upto 30 pence a game, and you win tokens to exchange for items like Kenwood food mixers.
If you have children I recommend going to the on site entertainment around 5pm asit is geared up untill about 8.30 for children, oh and be aware that parents are roped in!!!
If your group is older I would suggest going out for around 8pm, you will see the parents being subjected to hilarious acts and the evening entertainment is soon to begin.I would warn if you like a good drink.. have a few in the caravan before you go as its not that reasonably priced.

we had a lovely short break in this caravan, never been to a caravan like it before and we have been to many, it is beautiful, loads of room, everything we needed was there, kim & her hubby was really really helpfull { thanx again kim & hubby your help this morning was well appriciated} will defo be returning again and have already reccomended this caraavan to friends. looking forward to returning again xxx

We had a brilliant time over Easter, the caravan is lovely, certainly GOLD accomodation and Kim was really helpful and friendly ...we would have no hesitation in recommending the caravan to our friends and will most certainly stay here again.......Thank you for all your help and kindness ....see you again in the near future
